Clifton Court Hotel
The Clifton Court Hotel, a two-star hotel at 10-12 Eden Quay in Dublin's north inner city, is used as an International Protection Accommodation Services (IPAS) Direct Provision centre. The Department of Justice's IPAS lists it among its accommodation centres in County Dublin and has published independent inspection reports for the centre during 2025, including a report dated 11 March 2025 and a fourth-quarter (Q4) report. According to Gript, the operating company Forbairt Orga Tearanta has held a State contract for the site since May 2022, running until May 2032, and applied to Dublin City Council to confirm that the continued use of the hotel to accommodate international protection applicants is an exempted development. The site accommodates people who have applied for international protection in Ireland.
