East Wall IPAS centre (Two Gateway)
Former ESB 'Two Gateway' office block on East Wall Road, Dublin, opened as an IPAS accommodation centre for single men in November 2022 (capacity reported up to 380). It was the focus of sustained local protests and road/port-tunnel blockades from November 2022 into early 2023; a counter-group, 'East Wall for All', welcomed residents.
