Two men charged with criminal damage
Per the Irish Examiner, two local men were each charged with criminal damage to the front door of the inn. Both were remanded on bail with no plea entered. The charges are allegations only and the presumption of innocence applies.

Kerry County Council served a fire-safety notice (67 men and 3 staff present at the time). The operator appealed, agreed to carry out fire-safety works, and the centre was allowed to continue on a partially-opened basis. This was a regulatory action.
