Ocean View House
Ocean View House is an International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS) centre in Tramore, Co. Waterford, operated by Ocean View Accommodation Ltd. According to the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA), the centre comprises a mix of own-door units, family bedrooms and single bedrooms and can accommodate up to 100 people, both families and single adults. At an unannounced HIQA inspection on 2-3 April 2025 there were 91 residents (48 adults and 43 children); HIQA found no non-compliances against the National Standards. The site includes a main building with reception, dining hall and kitchen, three smaller accommodation buildings, and ancillary facilities including laundry, meeting rooms, play rooms, a study room, an all-weather pitch and a playground.
