According to Breizh-info (20 April 2017), the F1 Brest Nord Kergaradec (Guipavas) was named among four Brittany Formule 1 hotels owned by Accor being transferred, via the SNI group, a subsidiary of the Caisse des dépôts, to Adoma for conversion into accommodation centres for migrants and homeless people. The report said the operation threatened around 393 jobs nationally, about 65 of them in Brittany.
