According to Breizh-info (20 April 2017), the F1 Nantes Bouguenais was named among the former Formule 1 hotels owned by Accor being transferred, via the SNI group, a subsidiary of the Caisse des dépôts, to Adoma to be converted into accommodation centres for migrants and homeless people. The report said the wider transfer of 62 hotels threatened around 393 jobs nationally, roughly 65 of them in Brittany and the surrounding region.
