According to France 24 (January 2017) and the city of Paris (paris.fr), this large emergency reception centre opened in January 2017 on a former water-treatment site owned by the City of Paris, in the Val-de-Marne. Financed by Paris and the State and managed by Emmaüs Solidarité, it has a capacity of around 400 places for vulnerable single women, families and couples.
