Germany is federal: the Bund funds it, the Länder and municipalities run it. There is no national register, so this coverage starts city by city. Bremen's register is an annexe to a Bürgerschaft answer, giving each facility's type, district, street, operator and contract dates, but no house number and no population column. So the house number comes from operators, Senate lease papers, district committee papers and press, and the coordinate is derived from it.
