Schwarzheide is the building's name, not a place: the site is the former Schwarzheide mother-and-child clinic, whose own address was Zur Seebrücke 20. The parish planning committee's agenda confirms the street and the change of use, and press names the clinic. Press reports the site among those due to close during 2026.

What it publishes is a parliamentary answer, Landtag Drucksache 8/4572 of 4 March 2025, listing all 85 facilities that existed on 31 December 2024 with their capacity, occupancy and operator, but with no street and no coordinate. So the register establishes what exists, and each address was found separately in a district procurement notice, a council paper, an operator’s own site list or local press, cited on this page. 14 facilities whose address could not be established are deliberately left off the map rather than pinned at a town centre. The exception is the Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, which publishes its own sites with surveyed coordinates; those pins are exact, and everywhere else the coordinate is derived from the address.
